Mara Sescioreanu

Mara Sescioreanu (born on 04 december 1985) is an architect and urban planner. She studied at the University of Architecture ‘Ion Mincu’ in Bucharest and at Ecole de Versailles, Paris. She collaborated with international offices from France, Belgium, China, India and Turkey. She is currently a Transition Officer in NATO (North Atlantic Treaty Organization), Brussels, dealing with the move to the new headquarters of the alliance. She also founded studio MAAR and she has her office based in Ramnicu Valcea, Romania.

Services: Her services include projects of architecture, design, urban planning and energy consulting. Also interested in the ancient architecture of India, she designs houses following the Vastu Principles.
